How can I link a Microsoft 365 product to a domain and change the email address?
After accepting the agreement, follow these steps:
- Go to My Products > Details, get the admin email and the temporary password, then log in to the Microsoft Admin Center.
- From the left-hand menu, choose Show all > Settings > Domains.
- Click Add domain, and follow the steps on the page.
After adding the domain, follow these steps to change the email address:
- In Microsoft Admin Center, go to Users > Active users.
- Select the desired user, and click the three dots next to their name > Manage product license.
- Activate the license, then click Save.
- Click the three dots again > Manage username and email.
- From the domain list, choose your new domain as part of the email address, then click Save.
Log in again using the updated email and password via Outlook Web and test the email functionality.
