How can I link the product to the domain?
To activate dmail service for the domain, please follow these steps:
1- Go to My Products > Details > DNS Records, then copy the records displayed.
2- Add these records to the DNS settings of your domain hosting provider.
3- After adding the records, test your email by sending and receiving messages.
How do I set up email on my devices?
You can access your email directly through the official website: https://webmail.dmail.sa
To set up your Dmail email on a mobile phone or computer using email applications (Apple Mail, Outlook, etc.):
- Open the email settings on your device and select “Add Email Account.”
- Enter your email address and password.
- When prompted for server settings, use the following information:
Incoming Server: mail.dmail.sa
IMAP Port: 993 / POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.dmail.sa
SMTP Port: 465
- Save the settings and wait a few moments for the connection to be verified.
- Once the setup is successful, you will be able to send and receive emails from your device.
How i can manage the number of licenses in dmail subscription?
Go to my products > details > manage license
Note: Add the license so that the total equals your current licenses plus the new ones you want to add.
To create the user click on "Add email" in Emails section.
